FAQs
Before you dive into the details, know this: UUMII is built to be simple, clear, and
achievable. You do not need everything figured out before you start. You do not need
the perfect goal on Day 1. What you need is a willingness to commit and to show up
daily. The rest unfolds through the process, the tools, and the support.
This FAQ is here to take away the “what ifs” that hold people back. If you are ready to
commit, you already have everything you need to begin.
Please contact hello@uumii.co.nz if you have any questions not covered in the below.
Do I need to know my goal to start?
No. You only need to be willing to commit. The first step of UUMII is choosing your
focus. If your goal feels vague, you will use the tools in this programme, especially
ChatGPT, to refine it into something specific and realistic. You do not need to have it
perfect on Day 1. The process is designed to help you clarify and lock it in.
What if I miss a day?
You are allowed one miss in 30 days. Two misses means your challenge ends early and
you restart from Day 1 in the next round. The restart rule is not a punishment. It is a
reset. It ensures the standard is the same for everyone and protects the integrity of the
challenge.
What if I fall behind?
Do not try to “catch up.” The point is showing up daily, not stockpiling effort. If you fall
behind, recommit to consistency from today forward. If you have already missed twice,
you will restart in the next round.
What if I want to change my goal partway through?
Stick to the goal you set at the start. UUMII is about proving you can finish what you
begin, not shifting the target when it gets uncomfortable. If your goal feels too big, use
ChatGPT to break it into smaller daily steps, but keep the same overall focus.
What if I am struggling with motivation?
Go back to your “Why” and your “Mantra.” They are your anchors. Remember the group
is here to support you. Share honestly if you are finding it tough. Chances are someone
else is too. If you need extra guidance, you can contact me directly at
hello@uumii.co.nz.
What kind of proof do I need to provide each week?
Proof can be a screenshot of your Trello board, a photo of your paper tracker, or
another simple piece of evidence that shows you are on track. It does not need to be
perfect or public. It just needs to be honest.
What happens if I restart?
If you are removed for missing more than once, you will receive a $100 credit to put
towards your next UUMII challenge. This way your effort and commitment are not
wasted. Restarting is not failure. It is a second chance to prove you can finish.
Can I invite a friend or colleague to join?
Yes. Accountability works best when shared. If you know someone who would benefit,
invite them to join. Completing the challenge together can make it even more powerful.
What happens at the finish line?
When you complete the 30 days, you celebrate with your chosen reward, reflect on
your progress, and share your story. This story is for you to prove you can finish, and it is
also a testimonial for UUMII to inspire others.
